UPDATE!

Hi again *-* I just realized I haven't been on in forever and that things have been going on.
Um anyway I dyed my hair black again because red really washes my face out

I also went to the island! If you live in Texas like i do~ then you know that going  to the beach is such a struggle unless you live in like Huston. Sooo, my sister and I drove 12 hours to South Padre Island (also known as da island to us dallas folk), and we had a great time! I got stung by a jellyfeesh, but that's ok lol.

Um, I also got a gig as a makeup artist. I was super shocked ok. Since I've never been to a beauty school or have taken a course at a local makeup counter, all of my knowledge is solely based on watching youtube videos. So to be told that my technique was "impeccable" was such a great feeling.

I've already made a stupid little post about it, but warped tour is coming up, and as a lover of pop punk and hxc tunes, i had to go this year. Last year was sort of a train wreck, since i was there for *GASP* asking alexandria and blood on the fricken dance floor. I have matured sooo much since like march of 2011, and i'm proud lol.

So i've been blogging a lot on tumblr (and by blogging i mean reblogging photos of cool things and band guys) and i've been really inspired. I know that the whole kawaii and grunge thing has been played out, but i'm like in love with it atm. (FOLLOW ME! shaniquathornton.tumblr.com!!)

So basically that's all of the exciting chizz (soz) that's happened in the month of June. I'm thinking about uploading a June favorites video (but don't mark my words since i've YET to upload a haul lol) and ya.
